• Order Details: Items purchased, order history, payment method (note: we do not store card details).
• Device & Location Data: IP address, mobile device type, app usage, and geolocation (used only for delivery purposes).
• Communication Logs: Customer care inquiries, feedback, and responses to promotional messages.

FreshFace uses the collected information to:

• Process and deliver your skincare orders;
• Contact you regarding your order status or app activity;

If you do not wish to receive promotional offers, simply SMS “NO PROMO” to [FreshFace Contact Number].

FreshFace retains your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill legal or operational obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@freshface.me.

• Verified delivery riders to fulfill your skincare order;
